Refund Policy

At VIFA DESIGN, we are committed to providing high-quality interior design and renovation services with transparency and professionalism. We understand that circumstances may change, and it’s important to us that clients fully understand our refund policy before committing to any project.

 

Please read the following carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

All payments made for consultations, concept development, layout plans, mood boards, and 3D rendering are non-refundable once work has commenced. These design services involve time, intellectual property, and creative effort which are delivered as custom and non-transferable.

 

In cases where payment is made but the design work has not yet started, partial refunds may be considered upon written request, subject to administrative deductions.

Once a client has confirmed a quotation or signed an agreement to proceed, VIFA DESIGN allocates time, resources, and purchases materials accordingly. If a project is cancelled by the client after confirmation but before the commencement of physical work, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total contract value will be charged. This fee covers the cost of project preparation, design development, and administrative processing.

 

No refund will be granted once renovation, fabrication, or delivery work has started.

For ongoing projects, payments made for completed work, delivered services, or materials purchased are non-refundable. Any refunds for unutilised work that has not begun will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, subject to deductions for expenses incurred.

 

If a project is terminated by the client midway, VIFA DESIGN reserves the right to retain full payment for the completed portion and claim reimbursement for any partial work, materials, or services already committed.

VIFA DESIGN reserves the right to reject any refund request that falls outside of the terms outlined above. This policy is in place to protect both the creative integrity of our work and the resources invested in each project.
